The Door Is Always Open
A Place for One and All
The Unitarian Universalist Church of the Brazos Valley embraces a diversity of cultural and religious views. This congregation provides a supportive environment for spiritual and intellectual growth, friendship, and a celebration of life.

We place high value on the worth and dignity of all individuals, and strive to act upon these values in outreach to each other and to the greater community by dedicating our individual and collective talents and resources.

Rev. Posa is out of the pulpit for the entire month of July
He will be away from the church on vacation and study leave; he won’t be in the pulpit, or at church any of the Sundays in July, and he will not engage in most day-to-day ministerial duties.

Some of this time will be vacation, some time will be used to take a two-day spiritual retreat and visit family in Fort Worth. Rev. Posa also plans to represent UUCBV at the first two days of the Southwest UU Summer Institute, a.k.a. SWUUSI.

Of course, in the unlikely event of an emergency, church leaders will always be able to contact him, and he will return to church ASAP. So if you don’t see him at church this month, don’t worry; he will be back on duty in time for our church board’s annual retreat on the first weekend in August.

For more information, read Rev. Posa's monthly column by clicking on the 'Thoughts From Our Minister' link at the left.
